Biography

My academic journey commenced with a gastroenterology fellowship focusing primarily on esophageal and gastrointestinal motility disorders at the Medical College of Wisconsin. After completion of the fellowship, My path led me to The Ohio State University, where I assumed the role of Director of the Gastrointestinal Motility Lab. There, I was able to contribute to advancing our understanding of gastrointestinal motility disorders, and my work substantially impacted the field. I began shaping the Neurogastroenterology program at Ohio State, which promised hope and better outcomes for patients with complex GI problems. This endeavor was a testament to my unwavering commitment to improving patient care.

With this deep-seated commitment, I returned to my roots at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where I am now excited to serve patients, pursue academic excellence, and achieve new horizons. My journey is far from over; I eagerly anticipate each new day as I continue to positively impact the world of Neurogastroenterology, enriching lives and contributing to the medical community.
