Research Interests

I have been working on cancer biomarkers and treatment research for many years. My previous works focus on exosomal noncoding RNAs as potential cancer biomarkers, therapeutic strategies of reversing multidrug resistance to address issues relating to cancer, improved detection of ctDNA and novel library method for next generation sequencing. Currently, I am working on exploring the complex mechanisms of NF1-associated tumors in vitro and in vivo models. I focus on taking advantage of sophisticated mouse models and patient-derived xenograft models to explore the strategies targeting tumor progression and metastasis.
