Biography

Maddie Campbell, MPH, joined the Center for Sustainability, Health, and the Environment (SHE Center) as the Program Coordinator II in September 2024. As a Milwaukee native, Maddie pursued Microbiology and Spanish at UW-Madison. From 2018-2020, she joined the Peace Corps and taught biology in Tanzania. Following her return, Maddie completed a Master's in Public Health, concentrating on Environmental Health. Maddie has experience working in population health, and skills in data collection and analysis, research, and supporting nonprofit programming. These combined experiences make her excited to support programming around planetary health with the SHE Center.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys traveling, reading, exploring restaurants, and staying active through activities like running, volleyball, and rock climbing.
