Biography
Benjamin was born in St. Paul, MN, and raised in Altoona, WI. He moved back to Minnesota to obtain his undergraduate degree in neuroscience from the University of Minnesota, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He then continued on to obtain his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. During his time there, he spent a year studying pediatric brain tumor genetics at Lurie’s Children’s Hospital in Chicago, IL. He graduated as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha.
Benjamin has particular interests in functional neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, and pediatric neurosurgery.
In his free time, Benjamin enjoys running, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife and family.
