Elliot R. Lee, MD, PhD

Elliot R. Lee, MD, PhD, attended the University of Wisconsin for medical and graduate training. He then completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Wisconsin and forensic psychiatry fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. He returned to Madison and has been a staff psychiatrist at Mendota Mental Health Institute since 2015. His interests include psychopharmacology and the treatment of psychosis, violence, and aggression. Dr. Lee maintains an active private forensic practice with assessments in various areas including competency to proceed, criminal responsibility, guardianship, and mental health commitment.
