Family Medicine provides me with the opportunity to perform the full scope of medicine; preventing and treating disease from the prenatal period to the end of life. I went into the field of family medicine to be able to "do it all". I enjoy procedures, prenatal care, doing obstetric ultrasound, and operative deliveries. I also enjoy the full extent of inpatient/outpatient care, pediatric and adolescent medicine, and teaching residents and students.
