Mequon Health Center
I have been in Primary care over 30 years and continue to treat and manage acute and chronic illnesses. My interests lie in disease modifying behaviors and customizing these to the individual. Looking at one’s lifestyle is really the key to influence choices.
I also enjoy working with leaders in our community as they receive services with our Executive Health Program. Helping executives understand their health risks while focusing on prevention is core to this unique program.

Biography
I was born and raised in Milwaukee and have always considered it home. I did my residency training in Chicago, and then worked in the greater Chicago area for six years, returning in 1994. I joined Froedtert & the Medical College health network in 2015, accepting the role as medical director of the Executive Health Program in 2017. My wife Laura and I raised four kids. My goal is to bring to my patient interactions the experiences of my years in primary care along with the grounding that family has brought me. I enjoy running and have been doing so for many years. I advocate for any kind of consistent movement, exercise, and the benefits that they can bring.
