My care philosophy has always been holistic, and patient/family- centered. Palliative medicine practice is my passion, and I view it as a privilege to help patients and families at difficult times, with focus on support, advanced care planning and quality of life. Many years of practice as a neuromuscular neurologist has given me insight to the importance of providing comprehensive support and guidance to patients with life-limiting illness. The multidisciplinary, team-based approach in palliative medicine and hospice allows us to meet these needs for a wide spectrum of medical conditions, one patient and family at a time.
