Research Interests

My goal is to leverage my background in structural biology and biochemistry to understand structure and function of the membrane proteins. Currently, I’m working on the G protein coupled receptors through establishing cloning, protein expression and protein purification workflow to elucidate structure using Cryo-Electron Microscopy.
