Biography

Tiffini Lawrence is a dedicated Research Program Coordinator II within the Institute for Health and Equity who is committed to fostering inclusive work environments. With over eight years of experience in medical and healthcare administration, she excels in program coordination, organization, and time management. In her current role, she develops program documentation, coordinates meetings, and supports grant reporting. Previously, she provided advanced administrative support at Froedtert Health's Clinical Cancer Center and held various administrative roles at the Medical College of Wisconsin. In 2024, Tiffini earned her Master of Organizational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
