Biography

I have completed my MS in biotechnology from India. Currently, my work focuses on Multiple Myeloma. I joined the Janz lab as a PA-student in November 2024. My research aim includes to identify potential therapeutic targets to improve patient outcomes. With a keen interest in cancer biology, immunotherapy, and personalized medicine, I am investigating novel biomarkers and mechanism of drug resistance in this disease. I have published some peer-review articles in the renowned journals related to cancer biology. My experience includes the field of drug discovery and development; I have well-experience in handling some advance laboratory and molecular techniques such as cell culture, flow cytometry. Currently, in the Janz lab I am involved in ongoing studies testing and identifying genes/protein serving as immunogenic targets in multiple myeloma and determining cell therapies that can be engineered to target these proteins with greater specificity.
