Biography
Since 2000, Jennifer has served in Department Administrator and Director roles. Her first 14 years in administration focused on clinical research and medical education, while the past decade has been dedicated to basic science, social justice, equity research, and graduate education. Her path was unconventional like many in research administration. She began her career at Georgetown University Hospital, where she transitioned into grant administration after 9/11, managing DoD funds to enhance security and infrastructure. Since then, she has held Director and Administrator roles in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Microbiology & Immunology, the Institute for Health & Equity.
