Research Interests

Lindsay Nelson, PhD, is a clinical neuropsychologist and a professor of neurosurgery and neurology. Dr. Nelson specializes in the neuropsychological evaluation of adults with neurologic/neurobehavioral disorders. She is actively involved clinical psychology and neuroscience research, with her current focus being the clinical and neurophysiological effects of mild traumatic brain injury. Her research interests also include application of various psychometric methods to clinical questions, conceptualization of personality and psychiatric conditions, and the neurobiological underpinnings of psychological constructs such as inhibitory control.
