Biography

Dr. Samantha Czerniak earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania and her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2020. She graduated with an advance studies certificate in Binocular Vision and Vision Therapy with a Clinical Excellence award in Pediatrics. After practicing for 2 years at a rural practice in Western New York, she decided to further her education in completing a Residency in Pediatric Optometry at Children's Wisconsin.
