David Vyles, DO, MS

As an academic pediatric emergency physician, Dr. Vyles has a passion for clinical research. During the last few years Dr. Vyles has had the opportunity to pursue two research projects that investigated the relationship between the symptoms of reported penicillin allergy and a patient’s ability to tolerate the medication without an allergic reaction. His overall career goal is to be able to improve the prescription and administration of penicillin in those who report allergy on a large scale while utilizing only an oral challenge in select patient populations.
