Observers and Shadowers

The Department of Plastic Surgery has a dedication to education of current and future medical professionals. For that reason, we welcome and encourage those from outside of the Medical College to pursue clinic or operative exposure. Please contact Alyssa Minten to discuss opportunities.

Medical Students

The Medical College of Wisconsin Department of Plastic Surgery offers opportunities for third- and fourth-year Medical Students from the to participate in a month-long graded Elective rotation. This rotation involves rounding responsibilities, clinic and operating room exposure, as well as the opportunity to participate in workup and management of hand, facial trauma, pediatric, and adult consults.
