Biography
Dr. Kim provides clinical services to children and families at Children’s Wisconsin as part of the Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison Service at the main campus and via the Second Opinion Clinic.
Dr. Kim completed undergraduate studies at Yale University in Connecticut with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry before receiving her medical training at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. She completed general psychiatry residency training and child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship training, serving as Chief Resident in her final year, at New York Medical College/St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York City. Prior to her appointment at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2013, Dr. Kim was an assistant professor at Weill Cornell Medical College and worked as an Inpatient Attending and Unit Chief at the Westchester Division of New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr. Kim is board-certified in both general psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
