Suppliers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with MCW’s Terms and Conditions, which are expressly incorporated by reference into POs, contracts, bids, and RFPs.

MCW’s Terms and Conditions applying to different types of Purchase Orders and Contracts are posted here and may be incorporated by reference.

Any change in the Terms and Conditions will be updated on this page.
