Pre-Med Pair Up

Pre-Med Pair Up (PMPU) is a medical mentorship project that pairs pre-medical students with medical student mentors. Within these pairs, a welcoming environment is created and encourages pre-medical students to seek guidance and to prepare for application into medical school without fear of judgment. We welcome all pre-med students, even those who have never heard of MCW or stepped foot in Wisconsin, to fill out our survey because the best people to learn about the medical school application process from are current medical students who just went through it!

Volunteer Resource Lists

All volunteer experiences, whether health-related or not, are valuable and encouraged when applying to medical school and other graduate level programs. Select opportunities that you are genuinely interested in and willing to invest time in. Limit yourself to only a few. It is important to be able to talk about these during your interviews.
