Dual Degree Programs
Dual degree programs offer undergraduate students the opportunity to accelerate the completion of the Masters of Science Global Health Equity degree by taking graduate courses during their senior year that count for completion of the Bachelors degree and Masters degree at MCW.
Alverno College
The MS Global Health Equity program is excited to partner with Alverno College to offer a dual degree program to Alverno Public Health and Global Study majors to complete the MS Global Health Equity degree in one year after graduation from Alverno. This opportunity is open to students with a Junior standing to apply to the program and begin MS Global Health Equity coursework at MCW during their Senior year.

Marquette University
The MS Global Health Equity program is proud to partner with Marquette University to offer an exciting opportunity to Marquette students to complete the MS Global Health Equity degree in one year after graduation from Marquette. This opportunity is open to students with a Junior standing to apply to the program and begin coursework during their Senior year. Students will take select courses at Marquette that will apply for credit towards completion of their Baccalaureate degree as well as credit towards the Global Health Equity Masters of Science program. Students in MCW’s MS Global Health Equity program may also take select elective courses hosted by Marquette University.

Mount Mary University
The MS Global Health Equity program and Mount Mary University have partnered to offer an exciting opportunity to Mount Mary students with any undergraduate major to enroll in a dual degree program. Mount Mary students with an interest in global health apply during their junior year to participate in the dual degree program during their senior year. Accelerated students can earn a MS Global Health Equity degree in one year after graduation from Mount Mary.

Aegis works to prevent genocide and mass atrocities worldwide. Aegis honors the memory of the victims of genocide and enables students, professionals, decision-makers and a wider public to meet survivors and learn from their experiences. Research Focus: Native American health
The mission of GLNARCH is to enhance the quality of life for all Native people. This organization provides a cooperative structure for the development and implementation of high quality, culturally sensitive and community supported research linked to health disparity issues. Collaborative effort will facilitate the participation of American Indians and Alaskan Natives in the research process through training and mentoring opportunities within both academic and community settings.

The MS Global Health Equity program works closely with the Office of Global Health. Students have an opportunity to participate in the Global Health Scholars program which is open to students throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. Students convene around a shared interest in Global Health to learn from one another and faculty mentors from local Universities. Students in the MS Global Health Equity program have an opportunity to connect with faculty members at MCW who are conducting global health research for their thesis project. Research Focus: Community resilience, displaced populations, climate change, chronic diseases
RAN is a partnership of 20 African universities in 13 countries.
