Research Interests

Tumor Immunology & Immunotherapy, with regard to Chimeric antigen receptors (CAR) T-cell therapy, tumor microenvironment, mechanism of immune escape, T cell functional regulation in tumor. T-cell development, with regard to Single-cell sequencing, bioinformatics, T cell exhaustion, T cell differentiation and regulation in chronic infection.
