Biography

Sarah Paul joined the MCW Pharmacy School in 2022, bringing extensive experience in operational management, policy development and regulatory compliance. Ms. Paul has a background in graduate medical education (GME), having previously managed residency and fellowship programs to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies such as the ACGME and ABA. Her expertise in program oversight, faculty engagement and trainee support has contributed to the development of high-quality educational experiences for medical professionals. She oversees financial, human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficiency and strategic growth. With experience in quality improvement, transplant program management and higher education administration, Ms. Paul brings a data-driven and solutions-focused approach to optimizing processes and supporting faculty, staff and students. She holds an MBA in Human Resources & Management and a BA in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
