Biography

Shannon Gustavson began her career in the MCW School of Pharmacy in March 2025. However, her journey with the institution began 15 years ago at the Family Medicine Residency Program in Waukesha. Over the years, Shannon transitioned into roles within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and later the Department of Biophysics. With her extensive experience in administrative support, Shannon has demonstrated a strong commitment to efficiency, organization and effective communication across various departments.
