As a part time clinician and part-time public health researcher, when I am in the clinic, I bridge my understanding of community and individual health. I center every clinical encounter on meeting my patients where they are at. I believe in building relationships first to create individual treatment plans that combine medical knowledge with patient preference. I am particularly interested in helping patients with alcohol or other substance use disorders receive treatment in the primary care office.
