Biography
Kimberley Zvara, MD, is an associate professor in the department of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Medical College of Wisconsin. She is the Medical Director and Division Chief of Pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Children’s Wisconsin. She completed medical school and residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Medical College of Wisconsin. She is board certified in brain injury medicine. Her clinical practice is dedicated to treating disabling disorders of childhood including Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Muscular Dystrophy and Traumatic Brain Injury. Her research interests include energy expenditure in children with special needs, adaptive sports and recreation in children with special needs, and use of gait analysis to assist with orthoses prescription in children with Cerebral Palsy and Spina Bifida.
