Meet Our New Team Members
Mary Inloes
My name is Mary Inloes, and I am the Education Program Coordinator for the Office of Educational Improvement. I started back in May of 2023 and have been loving MCW. Before this, I was a teacher for three years. I have taught 3rd, 2nd, and Pre-K. I recently graduated with my Masters in Education, Literacy, and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. Outside of work, I love to read and be outside as much as I can. In the summer, kayaking and paddle boarding are two of my favorite activities. Since winter can bring on cabin fever, I like to use it as a time to try out new potential hobbies to distract from the cold! Thank you to everyone who has been so welcoming these past 6 months. I am excited about my future at MCW.
Dior Jemison
My name is Dior Jemison, and I’m an Application System Analyst on the Education Technology team, which is a part of Office of Educational Improvement team within Academic Affairs. I started working at MCW in May of 2023 and recently crossed the 6-month mark! As a member of the Educational Tech team, I support the School of Medicine, School of Pharmacy, and Graduate School with exams and learning management systems (Brightspace, D2L, & et cetera). Prior to working at the Medical College, I worked at Froedtert Health, supporting their electronic health record application, Epic. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, sports, and spending time with family.

Katie Katschke
Katie is thrilled to be back at the STAR Center after a few years away. With a background in theatre, she began as a Standardized Patient before working as a Sr. Administrative Assistant for the division of Endocrinology & Molecular Medicine. Now in her ninth year at MCW, she’s loving her new role as Standardized Patient Coordinator. Katie just moved to Wauwatosa with her husband and looks forward to adopting cats very soon. In her free time, Katie enjoys aerial arts, performing in musicals, reading, and running.
Stephanie Smith
Stephanie Smith is excited to join the standardized patient team full time as our Standardized Patient Program Coordinator. For the last 25 years, she has worked various positions at a downtown Milwaukee law firm and is thrilled to take a role that is more suited to her interests and experience. She has been a standardized patient at MCW for the last 2 ½ years and her favorite scenario to perform are any of the psych cases.
She has performed in theatre at numerous local companies including SummerStage of Delafield, Waukesha Civic Theatre, Acacia Theatre, and Sunset Playhouse. Stephanie has three children: Aiden (freshman at UW-Whitewater), Ava (graduated early from high school and is figuring out her plans), and Noah (sophomore at Kettle Moraine High School). She is a Cary Grant aficionado and enjoys seeing theater, cruising, visiting national parks, and wine. She loves cats and currently has three of them: Kitty, Bunny, and Elsie (who is her soul cat and named after Cary Grant’s mother).
