Video Highlights

Health

  • Basic Plan – 20% coinsurance for in-network providers
  • Basic & Enhanced Plans – annual in-network and out-of-network out-of-pocket limit
    • Individual: $5,500/$18,000
    • Family: $11,000/$36,000
  • Virtual Clinic Care copay $0 when using Doctor on Demand or Froedtert Health for minor illness
  • Emergency Room – $250 Copay + Deductible + Coinsurance (ER copay waived if admitted to hospital)
  • Addition of Amazon Pharmacy as a 90-day non-specialty drug fill option (available now)

Flexible Spending Accounts (remember to re-elect your Spending Account contribution each year)

  • Health Care FSA – annual maximum will increase to $3,300
  • Dependent Care FSA – annual maximum will increase to $7,000; MCW will continue to provide annual matching contribution of $500
  • Grace Period allows you until March 15, 2026 to spend unused 2025 FSA funds

Voluntary Life Insurance

  • The $50,000 option will no longer be available for Employee Life insurance
  • Spouse Life Insurance will be able to be continued beyond age 70, subject to age reduction schedule

Short-Term Disability

  • Alignment of coverage for all employee groups to 70% of your base salary
  • Remaining 30% will come from your available sick, vacation, and if applicable, paid parental time balances

Additional Benefits

  • Medicare education program through SmartConnect provides free Medicare resources, personalized guidance, and enrollment services
