Health

  • $10 Copay for Froedtert On-Demand Virtual Care
  • NEW Prescription Plan Vendor - Liviniti
  • Addition of CVS Pharmacies to the pharmacy network
  • Weight-loss Medication Cost Containment – updated Prior Authorization Requirement (BMI 40+) and coinsurance increase to 25%

Flexible Spending Accounts

  • Grace period for submitting 2025 health care and dependent care claims
  • Increase to Health Care FSA annual maximum

Long-Term Disability

  • Alignment of coverage for all employee groups to 60% with a $15,000 monthly maximum
  • Extension of LTD Buy-up Plan offering to both Faculty and Staff
  • 6-month waiting period for all new hires on-after 1/1/2025
