Application Process and Requirements

We are aware of the data on limitations and potential biases enveloped within many common screening tools, such as test scores, letters of recommendation, and unstructured interviews. We also know that all applicants are incredibly talented and need some way to demonstrate their interest and alignment with the program’s values, demands, and expectations. Thus, we have partnered with a group to develop a customized fellowship screening assessment to ensure we are equitably screening all candidates on the competencies our fellowship requires and values, and that applicants are able to learn more about our program in the process. The assessment is unique to our program and was developed with the input of our faculty, current fellows, prior fellows, and advanced practice providers. It is our goal to not only learn more about you through this process, but to also give you insight into our fellowship and culture so that you can make the best decision for you and your career.
