Underrepresented in Medicine at MCWAH

The Underrepresented in Medicine (URiM) Committee is open to all residents, fellows, trainees, and others at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Affiliated Hospitals regardless of background or identity. The Committee provides socializing, community involvement, career development, and networking opportunities. The URiM Committee meets on an as needed basis approximately every three to four months.

Some of our activities include:

  • High School Mentorship program in conjunction with Cream City Medical Society
  • Networking events with community physicians
  • Social Gatherings
